Angelina and Washington are one of those couples who seem like they’ve been together forever! It’s actually been eight years, but who’s counting? They met while working as supermarket cashiers during their freshman year of college and the rest is history…
Their engagement story is a unique one too. It was the end of December 2017 and they decided to make a video recapping the past year – all of the fun events and important moments they’d experienced together. Angelina said there were Christmas lights and candles all around their apartment so the setting was beautiful and intimate. They talked about the things that had happened and at the end of the video, Washington shocked her with a very unexpected proposal! The best part is that all of it was captured on video, including her speechless reaction. Eventually she was able to speak and of course, said yes!
Angelina and Washington spent the next year and a half planning a beautiful wedding at Brotherhood Winery in New York’s Hudson Valley. The winery is stunning on its own, and their choice of details perfectly complimented the rustic vintage feel of the venue. The couple focused on making this day all about fun and the people who would be attending. Their families are a huge part of their lives! Angelina is Middle Eastern and Washington is Hispanic so they come from very different cultural backgrounds. They were so excited to see how the different cultures would come together on their wedding day. It was a day filled with love and dancing, just like they envisioned!
These two have genuinely been the sweetest, most gracious and grateful people to work with and I feel beyond fortunate to have met and worked with them!
